Todays Meditation is all about navigating change and finding stability as we go through it. Trust me, I know how hard change is. I have changed my life a lot to live true to myself, and so its ok to say you need a moment. I wrote this meditation for all the humans navigating a lot, and know that I am there with you. 

The power of Meditation is one that has changed my life. It's not just the practice, it's the moments in between the sessions, the clarity and depth of understanding that you can find.
