Julia Quinn is an Australian mum of two girls under three, a registered nurse and nutritionist and supports mums with their nutrition and health needs so they feel less burnt out and overwhelmed.
She becomes a mum in 2021 and was shocked at how little support there was for exhaustion, brain fog, and overactive mind. This sparked her interest in studying with Oh Baby Academy, focusing on postpartum and baby nutrition.
This conversation is so informative and a must listen if you want to know what we should be eating more of as busy mums, and how we can increase our energy too.
