1. Once your budget goes black, you never go back. Austin-Fitts' claims on Deep Underground Military Bases, and my analysis on how it follows a theme.
2. Some kudos for 47. Wait for it... all this (proper) handwringing since ObamaCare and before, on price gouging for drug costs, and someone FINALLY just says "wait, I have the power of the executive branch... what if I just TOLD them they have to be reasonable versus what they charge the rest of the world, instead of complaining over here like a spectator." An EO he's already issued, and trying to work across the aisle to codify it.
