This is a response to the story covered in the Press today - that Sir Bob Kerslake - Head of the Civil Service has written to his colleagues urging better use of Facebook for consultations. The Daily Mail quotes anonymous civil servants as saying this is mad. Rhion Jones sees it rather more positively!
