Lucy Dana is the co-founder and CEO of One Trick Pony, a peanut butter company making two-ingredient peanut butter using Argentinian peanuts. Before launching the brand, Lucy worked at Uber and Blue Bottle Coffee, where she honed her skills in operations and ecommerce. She eventually joined forces with her brother and sister-in-law to build a CPG brand rooted in quality, simplicity.
