QROT-165: Privacy Deprecated

A perfectly good way, through official Microsoft open source application available on github, to make easier and more obvious how to mute and unmute your microphone (and shut your camera off).
Gone.
Never mind if people want it, or if it a common sense feature that SHOULD just be a feature in Windows already, without having to download an extended features app. 
You want privacy, or at the very least not to be embarrassed by a mistake during a large conference call? 
Too bad. THEY find your privacy inconvenient. Your rights be damned.
