"There is no perfect way to cook," Logan Neisel contends. As a self-taught chef himself, "Chef Lone" has mastered the craft of delicious tasting food with a display so intriguing that it tells a story. Each piece of food is meticulously designed to have significance towards the overall plate, a true form of art.
Throughout his experiences so far, Logan has created a popup dinner event series, in which he takes over a restaurant's menu and prepares a multi-course meal that, again, tells a story. Notably and well-deserved, Logan has earned the trust of many great Cleveland business, partnering with cocktail bars, restaurants, and event spaces.
As someone who appreciates the process, Logan shares stories of his mentors and the value that they have brought him, and, in turn, mentoring others who aspire to do more and dream vividly.
To continually develop, Logan keeps "One eye in the telescope and one in the microscope," so that his day-to-day vision aligns with his long-term goals and desires. This advice is applicable to all of us as we strive towards whatever it is that we want to achieve.
