"Sometimes, that leads to confidently wrong answers, even on simple things. . .  because the system predicts plausible text instead of retrieving verified truth."

"Studies show AI can hallucinate or

Ohboy.

0:00: Admission via industry article that AI call centers put in place poorly will give horribly wrong information (Air Canada case)

15:09: Two interactions where I had to know its answers were wrong to finally pull an admission of truth from it.

Then hysterical apologies and explanations of how it can't be accurate a lot of times but sure is sorry for it!

48:23: My accusation that it's no better than a bluffing poorly-prepared 15 year old student, and AI agreeing.

54:24: Admission of its privacy invasion as a main goal and usual course.

57:59: A comedic rendition of "Yeah, THAT'S the ticket" AI giving me directions while walking with me.
