Lindsay Clancy’s last voluntary act before her three children died was checking herself into a psychiatric hospital on New Year’s Eve. The complaint filed against her providers says she waited three days for a doctor who never came, was discharged with a clear bill, and went home to a house full of children and prescriptions and no diagnosis.
