Patrick Clancy testified for two days at Plymouth Superior Court about finding the bodies of his three children. He was cross-examined by both sides. Neither accused him of killing anyone. Both treated him as a father whose children were taken from him.

TikTok has a different version. A conspiracy theory with millions of views says Patrick strangled his own children and pushed his wife from a second-story window to cover it up. The theory's key evidence is that someone changed shoes.

Lindsay Clancy has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months. She admits to the killings. Her defense attorney Kevin Reddington says she was in a postpartum psychotic state. Patrick has since remarried and has a new baby. People online treat his ability to move forward as evidence of guilt.

Bob Motta of Defense Diaries was in the courtroom watching all of it. He examines what the trial evidence actually reveals about Patrick, why the conspiracy collapses under facts, and what drives an audience to invent an alternate killer when a mother admits she took her children's lives.
