The Good Glow - Shauna Lindsay

In 2025, Shauna Lindsay has it all. She's young, beautiful, fit, & healthy, and living a life she loves. A stroke was the last thing she ever thought she needed to worry about. Then, at 30 years old, in the middle of a 7am boxing class, Shauna threw a punch and suddenly lost the use of her arm. Seconds later, she couldn’t speak properly.  

Shauna would later discover she had suffered not one, but three strokes, two of which she hadn’t even known had happened. And she has it all on film. But what people didn’t see was what happened afterwards. And today, we talk about it ALL.
