Who Locked Lindsay Clancy's Bedroom Door That Night

One comment on this channel says the doctors found no head injuries on Lindsay Clancy, which proves she never went out the window head-first, which proves the defense pathologist is lying. Two facts from the record, one wrong conclusion.

Dr. Kelly McDonough of South Shore Hospital testified that CT scans showed no head injury. A defense medical expert testified to a C1 Jefferson fracture, a break in the top vertebra of the neck that happens when the skull drives down into the spine on impact. That's the injury you get landing on your head without fracturing the skull. The head-first fall is the defense's account; the slide down the shingles is the prosecution's. Both put her going out that window on her own.

The same commenter heard about the voice only once. The record has it from the prosecution's first witness. Patrick Clancy testified Lindsay called him from her hospital bed on Feb. 6, 2023 and told him a voice had ordered her to kill the children and herself. Forensic psychologist Paul Zeizel was on speaker for that call. Chaplain Sheila Cavanaugh said Lindsay alluded to it several times across 14 visits. Dr. Phillip Resnick heard it. So did Dr. Avram Mack, the prosecution's rebuttal psychiatrist, who testified she told him it started the moment Patrick left for CVS. What prosecutors argue is that it doesn't appear in her records before Jan. 24.
