How Nolan Wells' Grand Jury Voted On His Friends

He gives Mississippi its due, with Rasheem Carter, Dexter Wade, and six Rankin County officers in federal prison, then shows what a real check looks like: 132 subpoenas and a 23-person panel with five Black jurors.
