Every Sunday, Caleb Flynn stood in front of a congregation and led worship. He appeared on American Idol and talked about how much he loved his wife. He worked at Ashley's family company. The community saw exactly the man he wanted them to see.

Now prosecutors in Miami County, Ohio, allege that same man was sending his mistress texts about killing Ashley without going to jail, and ultimately shot her in the head while she slept. His defense attorney conceded the affair and told the jury: being a terrible husband doesn't make you a murderer.
