Melissa in the Morning: POSTC Recommendations

Connecticut’s police standards council is recommending changes to the state’s speed and red-light camera rules. The council says camera data should remain separate from license plate reader systems, and renters and lessees should have a clearer way to challenge tickets. We talked about the recommendations with law enforcement expert, Gary MacNamara.
