What Detective Morgan Already Knew Before Caleb Flynn Sat Down

Detective Mike Morgan walked Caleb Flynn through the evidence from the crime scene in their second interview. It sounded like he was giving a grieving husband updates. Robin Dreeke, retired FBI, says that is not what was happening. Morgan was deploying evidence and watching what Caleb did when each exit closed.

Three clips, three moves. The garage side door was damaged but never latched — forced open from the inside, not the outside. The blood pattern in the bedroom put the shooter at the foot of the bed, standing exactly where Caleb said he stood when he went to check on Ashley. And when Caleb told Morgan to ask any neighbor whether they'd argued, Morgan told him they already had.
