The Odinism Evidence Richard Allen's Jury Never Saw: A Tattoo Shaped Like This

For everyone who has followed the Delphi murders case since the Franks memo, this is the segment. On September 21, 2026, Richard Allen's appeal lawyer put the Odinism theory in front of the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the state had to answer it out loud.

Mark Leeman told Judges Nancy Vaidik, Elaine Brown, and Robert Altice that Brad Holder was identified in two March 2017 tips and cleared on a landfill time card. Indiana State Police later learned, Leeman said, that Holder had published a bind rune drawn on his hand.

In Leeman's telling, the rune combines two symbols into a shape that matches the sticks arranged on Abby Williams, a girl he says Holder knew, and Holder's page carried images of girls posed as if dead under sticks. An officer asked to reopen, and was told they'd cleared him. Holder has never been charged.

The state's rebuttal came in two parts. First, the scene: there was no bloody F on the tree once the chemical test was applied, no one called the upside-down L a rune, the FBI's analyst found no clear runes in the sticks, and even Dr. Perlmutter, the defense's ritual expert, could only say the sticks meant something to the offender. Second, the alibi: Holder was at work 25 miles away in Buffalo, Indiana, at 2:13 and at 2:32, and a landfill clerk testified a missing driver would have been noticed.

Judge Vaidik asked Leeman whether he was asking the court to reweigh evidence. His answer was that the jury should have been the one to weigh it.

Allen is serving 130 years. The panel has not ruled.
