Caleb Flynn Faced WHAT Question Before Sentencing?!

Caleb Flynn entered sentencing still saying he did not kill Ashley Flynn. He left with life without parole and a question from his own daughter hanging over the courtroom. Judge Jeannine Pratt repeated Ava’s question about why Flynn hated her mother so much, then said the court could not answer it and no explanation could justify the verdict the jury had returned.
That verdict followed a prosecution built without the murder weapon. No gun was recovered. Prosecutors instead argued that the total digital record pointed to Flynn: approximately 107,000 messages exchanged with Alleigha Botner, activity from Apple devices, location evidence, deleted apps, and communications the State said exposed motive, planning, and contradictions in Flynn’s account.
The defense presented no witnesses and attacked the leap from an affair and digital evidence to murder. Flynn’s lawyers argued the State had not produced direct proof that he fired the shots. The jury convicted him on all nine counts after deliberating a little more than two hours. His attorneys have said an appeal is coming.
Pratt’s sentencing remarks were direct. She said Flynn could have ended the marriage without taking Ashley from her children. She described the conduct reflected in the verdict as deceitful and cruel and said the daughters’ lives and sense of security had been shattered. Flynn again denied killing Ashley before the sentence was imposed.
The legal fight now moves toward appeal. The emotional question his daughter asked has no appellate answer.
