Why Matthew Farwell's 29 Minutes Are the Whole Case Against Him

Everything the jury in Boston will decide about Matthew Farwell fits inside 29 minutes on February 1, 2021. A text asking to come by, a camera catching him enter in a hood and mask at 9:14, Sandra Birchmore's phone taking its last eight steps at 9:40, and the same camera catching him leave at 9:43. Prosecutors say that window is when a Stoughton police detective strangled a pregnant 23-year-old to keep her quiet about a relationship that started when she was 15. Farwell says she was alive in her kitchen when he left, and he has pleaded not guilty. Judge Denise Casper is letting the jury hear some of Sandra's own texts and journal entries. The rule behind that: a defendant accused of silencing a witness loses the right to keep her words out. Tony Brueski and ex-FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer take the live room through the case and the holes the defense will try to widen.
