Bryan Kohberger's disqualification hearing was on the calendar. Judge Hippler vacated it himself the night before — and took every other court date with it. The June evidentiary hearing on the plea withdrawal, the status conference, all of it gone. The prosecution wants the petition dismissed outright, calling Kohberger's claims bare and conclusory. The defense says Hippler's sentencing comments — calling Kohberger the worst of the worst — prove he can't be fair. They also want the case moved to Latah County. Goldman, Kohberger's family attorney, says this marks the start of a longer battle. Eric Faddis joins Tony to unpack why a judge facing a bias challenge would wipe his own schedule. Can the prosecution kill this on paper, and what are the families looking at now that every hearing date has disappeared?
