Another judicial review about consultation- planning a warehouse in a North-West Green belt!

This is a brief commentary on the recent judicial review about a warehouse planning application in the Green belt outside Widnes. It will probably become known as the Amazon Shed case, as it will shed (sorry!) light on several important aspects of the law of consultation, including the status and applicability of 'Statements of Community Involvement'.
