(2) Caffeine only when necessary, (3) water instead of sugar, (4) sleep 6+ hours and no more than 8, (5) Slience when learning (6) music allowed when applying, (7) No long videos, (8) Break outside of working area every 90 mins when not in flow, (9) Read on bus, as opposed to sleeping, (10) Read to fall asleep instead of listening to long video, (11) 15 minutes of meditation daily, (12) Exercise 5 days a week.
