Reflective Moments August 7, 2010
REFLECTIVE MOMENTS ~ August 7, 2010 Affirmations for Mama’s for Fertility, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Parenting & More! I release all fear in my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body, now. Releasing fear is a key component to preparing our bodies for pregnancy. It is also an important element while pregnant so you can prepare for the birth of your baby. It is critical that we avoid the fear, tension, pain syndrome, so that we can work with our bodies and not against them during childbirth. Fear has negative impacts upon our bodies after birth too which results in stress which can interrupt breastfeeding and bonding with your baby. So today I resolve to have an intimate talk with myself to discover what my list of fears are and to educate myself to relieve some of those fears. Talking with a “*wise woman” may be beneficial to releasing others. More importantly, discussing your concerns and feelings with your partner can be the key to releasing others. And lastly resolve to trust birth, knowing that divinely we are connected, and every experience is a new adventure during this life time. Febooary (25) The craziest thing I've ever done
Outstanding. One of my favorite visualisations. Short enough to find peace in a crowded day. Long enough to calm and empower

AudioMo Fear... #AudioMo
Ah, thank so much, that's lovely of you. We had the music to Bram Stoker's Dracula and Jaws. Very glad you like. and, Pennywise is scary!
Oh, also, I must agree with you... Salem's lot is brilliant! I still think that the scariest book Stephen King ever wrote is the one called "It", though. It's long, but well worth the read. A couple of his short stories are even scarier than that! When I read Night Shift, I had nightmares about two stories in particular: Trucks and the Mangler. Books don't usually scare me, so that tells you something. :-)
What is that awesome music you played in your Boo? Reminds me of Carl Orff. You always post such fabulous content. My admiration for you knows no bounds. :-) I'm so glad you decided to get an account, and I would be scared if you didn't post anymore. :-) Would I fight, flea or freeze? Hmmm... I'll have to think about that one. :-)
Ahhhh a spider!!!
You are such a girl. I love spiders, they're adorable! Please don't kill it...you know, they keep mosquitos and other creepy-crawlies out. I have a spider living on the ceiling of my living room, and we coexist happily. I don't really have any irrational fears, besides Slender Man...
I know exactly what thats like- theres been a spider in my shower for 2weeks! Everytime i have a shower i cant take my eyes off it incase it falls on me and i kill it! x
I do not like spiders at all and if I found one in the house I smash it.
