The term apprenticeship conjures up images, for many, of shipyards, bakeries and building sites of the past and thoughts of TV exposés in recent times. However, despite that bad press it leads many youngsters into work and provides a structured training system that they can build upon for the rest of their working lives. For the Small and Micro Business it may seem like a lot of hassle and effort. However, with the right support, it can help bring stability and prosperity to the hard pressed business in 2013.
