Zoe Rowe

Episode 4,   Aug 17, 2020, 11:30 PM

This week I’m talking to Zoe Rowe.

I loved having this conversation with my friend and fellow yoga teacher Zoe. I think she’s taken an unusual route, qualifying as a teacher, working full time at a yoga studio after completing her PhD, then reducing her teaching hours as she embarked on her corporate career. It’s also so interesting to hear about Zoe’s move to London, how she found the competition of teaching in such a crowded and highly competitive space and how she’s helping to support her local community. Her bubbly enthusiasm is infectious. Dawn Wright (from Episode 2 of the podcast) has said I’m a bit like Tigger, so Zoe and I together…well I had a lot of fun interviewing her! She, like every guest, also answers my Quickfire Questions and tells us her Savasana Sounds (A Winged Victory for the Sullen; Requiem For The Static King Part 1…and yes, there is a Part 2!)

Listen to the end for a little post-podcast recording update and I’ve mentioned a couple of my favourite Savasana Sounds too!
