In this episode we delve into one of music’s biggest tragedy’s that came to be known as “The Day The Music Died”. From their childhood days to the heights of their young careers we explore what life was like for Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and Jiles Perry Richardson Jr aka The Big Bopper before their promising careers were cut short while travelling via a charter plane during the cold, windy, winters night on February 3rd 1959 only for the plane to crashland into a cornfield. Together we examine the impact this tragedy had on the lives of those close to them, what potentially caused the crash and the legacy they all left behind on the music industry as we know it today.
