Mick Coyle looks at survey findings released by Young Minds on World Mental Health Day.
They interviewed 14,000 under 25s to find out about what issues are impacting them and their ability to seek support for their mental health.
Diedre Kehoe from YM can today reveal the findings.
Once again on the podcast we're discussing the difficult situation young people find themselves in, and the ongoing stigma that is holding people back from getting support.
These findings also lay bare the fact that even those who do reach out for mental health support don't always get the response they are looking for.
