Three of the most watched cases in the country delivered major developments in the same window. Former FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke covers all three with a behavioral analyst's read on the people who enabled each disaster.

Mica Miller reported surveillance, tracking, and harassment to police in the months before her death at a North Carolina state park on April 27, 2024. Her death was ruled a suicide. Her estranged husband, Myrtle Beach pastor JP Miller, now faces federal cyberstalking charges. He has pleaded not guilty. A Netflix documentary and proposed coercive control legislation in South Carolina have brought the case back into the national conversation.

Lindsay Clancy's murder trial at Plymouth Superior Court ended in a mistrial after an 11-to-1 hung jury. The majority favored acquitting Clancy by reason of insanity. The holdout admitted he had reasonable doubt and refused to vote for acquittal. Jurors describe severe trauma from the evidence and frustration with one member's refusal to engage.

The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez filed a wrongful death lawsuit against D4vd that names his mother, his management team, and his business entities as defendants. The complaint alleges a system of enablement that kept a minor concealed. David Burke's celebrity attorneys withdrew from the criminal case. He has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and other charges.

Dreeke identifies the behavioral thread connecting all three: what happens when the people closest to the situation become the reason it continues.
