JP Miller Married AGAIN — And His Third Wife's First Husband Also Died

Two women connected to JP Miller lost their lives. Mica Miller — his second wife — died in April 2024, two days after filing for divorce. Her death was ruled a suicide. Chris Skinner — the first husband of the woman Miller would marry next — drowned in a community pool in September 2021. That death was ruled accidental. His family has publicly questioned the circumstances.

Miller faces federal charges of cyberstalking and making false statements to investigators, tied to alleged harassment of Mica from November 2022 through her death. The indictment describes tracking devices, fifty-plus daily contacts, financial interference, and an intimate image posted without her consent. He has pleaded not guilty, denies the allegations, and has not been charged in either death. His trial is scheduled for October 2026.

In June 2025, Miller married Suzie Skinner. Friends of Mica's alleged in the Netflix docuseries "Death of the Pastor's Wife" that Miller and Suzie were together before both spouses died. Miller denies the affair, claiming the relationship began in January 2025. Suzie's own sworn testimony in a separate civil matter reportedly places it earlier.

Today, Suzie leads worship at Miller's pop-up church gatherings — roughly fifteen people in temporary spaces — while he awaits his federal trial on bond.
