Did Gypsy Rose's Knife Story Decide Who Raises Aurora Urker?

Aurora Urker is 21 months old, her father is dead, and the fight over who raises her is being argued through tabloids. Ken Urker died October 1, 2026, with no custody order filed. His sister Autumn told the U.S. Sun he ended the relationship a month earlier and wanted to take Aurora home to Texas. Gypsy Rose Blanchard answered with September 2 texts in which she and Ken agree to a $1,500 joint-custody filing with no contesting lawyers. Between those two accounts sits a September 2025 prison call, published by the Daily Mail, in which Gypsy describes taking a knife to Ken's headboard and says he threatened sole custody. The sheriff's office says it was never reported. Ken's mother Raina invited Gypsy to the funeral. Tony takes listener questions on whether a drunk fight is evidence of a dangerous parent, what "bringing Aurora home" means legally, and whether Autumn was right to go public.
