Bryan Kohberger Had Three Court Dates and the Judge Erased All of Them

Bryan Kohberger was set to appear in a Boise courtroom to argue that Judge Hippler should be removed from his case. Hippler filed an order the night before vacating the hearing and every other date on the post-conviction calendar. The disqualification argument, the June status conference, the evidentiary hearing on the plea withdrawal — gone. The prosecution already asked Hippler to dismiss the petition without a hearing, calling the claims unsupported. The defense says Hippler's sentencing language — grotesque acts of evil, nothing redeeming — shows bias. They want a new judge and a new courthouse. Eric Faddis joins Tony to explain why the judge at the center of the bias fight made this move. What does the prosecution need to end this on paper, and where do four families stand now that the calendar is blank?
