Parenting young people in competitive sport

Oct 17, 2019, 10:41 AM
In this second part to our parental involvement series (you can listen to part 1 here), we talk about the different situations and challenges parents of children in competitive sport face.

We also look into the relationships that develop between parents and clubs, and how sideline behaviour often is and can be managed in more competitive sports.

Featuring:
Mel Addams – CPSU Safeguarding Information Officer
Jen and Lisa – sports mums of 5 young people (ages 7 to 11) involved in competitive sports
